Although many customers still prefer in-home consultations, BVI Solar has invested in technology to minimize person-to-person contact such as Phone and Video Sales Consultations, and DocuSign electronic signatures. With Technology-Assisted Installations our processes are streamlined with online permitting and interconnection in most locations. We can keep your project moving without in-person meetings, while we manage everything in the background.

BVI Solar is moving forward while adhering to the CDC recommended workplace safety standards for both our customers and employees:

  • Field staff, including consultants, advisors, installation teams and technicians have been trained on our sanitation and HYGIENE processes, as well as, safe social distancing.

  • Each BVI Solar crew Has been EQUIPPED with a sanitation Station.

  • All Office Employees hAve been moved to working remotely, allowing our team to follow the “Shelter In Place” MANDATE while maintaining full business operations.

  • We have eliminated group in-person meetings - taking them online and by phone.

  • Employees exhibiting symptoms will not be allowed in the field and are provided time to recover. We also provide full health benefits to employees ensuring everyone has an opportunity to seek medical support if needed.

As the situation changes, we continually monitor everything coming from the CDC and state and local officials, because the safety and well-being of all of us is the highest priority.
